Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Katz, J., granted the plaintiffs motion for judgment of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Stodolink, J., granted the plaintiffs motion to open the judgment and rendered judgment of strict foreclosure; subsequently, the court, Stodolink, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Herbert Smith, pro se, with whom, on the brief, was Lois Smith, pro se, the appellants (named defendant et al.).
