ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file reply briefs on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 8, 2012, and March 11, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 2, 2013, and the appellant-respondent's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before August 20, 2013.
