Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motions of the plaintiff-appellee for immediate consideration and to extend the time for filing its answer to the application for leave to appeal are GRANTED. If the Court enters an order denying the motion to strike, the answer shall be due within 28 days of the date of that order. The motions for immediate consideration and to strike remain pending. On further order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the plaintiff-appellee to file a reply in support of the motion to strike is GRANTED. The reply submitted on September 23, 2016, is accepted for filing.
