Petitioners-Plaintiffs International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 401, Board of Trustees of Electrical Workers Pension Plan for Northern Nevada, Board of Trustees of Electrical Workers Health and Welfare Plan for Northern Nevada, Northern Nevada Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee ("Petitioners") and Respondents-Defendants Eagle Electric, Inc., Mark Agliolo, and American Eagle Electric, LLC ("Respondents"), by and through their respective counsel of record, stipulate and agree that the above-captioned matter brought by Petitioners is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
The parties further agree and stipulate that each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees related to this action.
