ORDER MODIFYING SCHEDULING ORDER


Plaintiff's unopposed motion for the modification of the scheduling order having been considered by the Court and with good cause appearing the motion is granted. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Scheduling Order is amended as follows:

1. Cutoff for motion to add parties is extended to June 2, 2003.
