INTERMOUNTAIN ELECTRONICS, INC., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

On January 16, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of the case, including a pending discovery dispute. The Court previously held a hearing during which the Court instructed the parties to exchange information that might enable the Commissioner to test the accuracy of petitioner's data sampling while still being proportional to the needs of the case. See Order dated November 17, 2023. Petitioner has provided a supplemental production that the Commissioner has not yet had an opportunity to review. To obtain an update on the status of the discovery dispute while allowing time for the Commissioner to review petitioner's supplemental production, it is

ORDERED that, by February 2, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court what, if any, discovery issues remain outstanding.
