Before the Court is appellant's May 15, 2024 motion for an extension of time to file its opening brief. Because it appears that appellant did not request a reporter's record, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c). Official Court Reporter Vielica Dobbins shall disregard this Court's April 29, 2024 past-due notice. Because appellant's opening brief is due June 15, 2024, see id. 38.6(a), we DENY appellant's motion as premature.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Dobbins and all parties.
