This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 22, 2023, San Francisco, California Trial Session.

On September 28, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Bifurcate. On February 7, 2023, petitioner filed a response. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Bifurcate, filed September 28, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial and is calendared for hearing on the above-referenced Trial Session on the jurisdiction question. The parties are advised to appear at the calendar call of the San Francisco, California Trial Session commencing May 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to set a date/time certain for hearing. The parties should be prepared to present any evidence that is pertinent to the jurisdiction question.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein.
