This case is set for trial at a remote Special Session scheduled to commence on March 17, 2022. On March 8, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance informing the Court that on "March 4, 2022, respondent became aware of a potential jurisdictional issue in this case." Petitioner does not object to the motion for continuance. For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's motion, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance filed March 8, 2022, is granted and this case is continued and restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from trial from the remote San Francisco, California, Special Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 17, 2022, and that remote Special Session is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned. 1
