This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On January 14, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Time and Date Certain for Trial to which petitioner did not object. On January 26, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Mr. Havens did not provide any times that he was available the week of February 14th for the trial of this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Time and Date Certain for Trial filed January 14, 2022, is denied. This case will be called at the time set in the notice of trial issued on October 1, 2021, over Zoomgov and stated in the Notice of Change to Remote Proceeding.

The parties shall refer to the Notice of Change to Remote Proceeding for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
