An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 02, 2022, and said appeal having been perfected, And the Committee on Civil Rights of the New York City Bar Association ("City Bar") having moved for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted, the movant is directed to serve one copy of its brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of its brief, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 15 days of the entry of this order.
