ORDER TRANSFERRING CIVIL ACTION TO THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA


Based upon the stipulation of counsel and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406 and 1631, in the interest of justice, the above captioned civil action shall be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. As a result, the above captioned matter shall proceed as if it had been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on the date upon which it was actually filed in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall have until July 20, 2004 to file an answer to the complaint.
