For the reasons set forth in respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Deficiency and To Strike and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Period Ending 02/2015 and To Strike, filed June 26, 2023, petitioner having no objection to the granting of respondent's motions, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Deficiency and To Strike and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Period Ending 02/2015 and To Strike are granted in that so much of this case relating to a notice of deficiency and to the tax period ending 02/2015 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
