INQUIRY CONCERNING A JUDGE NO. 14-663 v. RE: MARY DAY COKER
On November 21, 2014, the Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended that the Court order the involuntary retirement of Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Mary Day Coker due to a physical disability that seriously interferes with the performance of her judicial duties.
Judge Coker does not contest the Commission's recommendation. Therefore, we approve the Stipulation, adopt the Commission's recommendation, and declare Judge Coker to be involuntarily retired from judicial service as of 12:01 a.m. on the day following the date of this order.
