Judgment modified by reducing fee damage to $3,500, the rental damage to the old building to $150 per year from February 21, 1885, to March 31, 1889, and rental damage to the new building to $250 per year from October 15, 1889, to April 24, 1895. As so modified judgment affirmed, without costs to either party. No opinion.
