Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on April 27, 2016, and having moved for sanctions, and for poor person relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of appellant dated August 9, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 10, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 21, 2017, and inserting in its place the date December 5, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks sanction is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks poor person relief is dismissed as unnecessary.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
