ORDER
Before the Court is appellants' May 15, 2017 motion to extend time to file their brief. Appellants seek a one-month extension to June 19, 2017. Our records reflect appellants requested a supplemental clerk's record and a supplemental reporter's record on May 4, 2017. The reporter has informed us the requested reporter's record does not exist. The requested clerk's record has not yet been filed.
We GRANT appellants' motion to the extent we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the supplemental record requested by appellants no later than May 30, 2017. We further ORDER appellants to file their brief by the later of June 19, 2017 or thirty days from the filing of the supplemental clerk's record.
