ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On March 10, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. In his motion, respondent states that petitioners do not object to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 10, 2022, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2022, the parties shall file a status report (preferably a joint report) detailing the then-present status of the case.
