These are the remedies contemplated by the makers of the Constitution, and until and unless they are in some particular respects inadequate, the jurisdiction of a court of equity should not and cannot be properly invoked. Just here I desire to emphasize the import and effect of a recent opinion written by Chief Justice Riley in the case of State of Oklahoma ex rel. v. H. F.
