Denied. The result is correct.

DIXON, C. J., would grant and remand for review under proper appellate standards. The standard of review from Crump v. Hartford Acc. Indem. Co., 367 So.2d 300 (La. 1979) is not correct. See Arceneaux v. Domingue, 365 So.2d 1330 (La. 1978).
