ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 18, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication, at docket No. 24296-21S, seeking to close that case as duplicative of the case at docket No. 16777-21S. Although the Court directed petitioner to file an Objection, if any, to respondent's motion to close, petitioner failed to do so.

On January 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Answer, at docket No. 24296-21S. On January 14, 2022, respondent further lodged his proposed Answer.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave filed in docket No. 24296-21S on January 14, 2022, is granted and the Clerk of the shall file as of the date of granting the above answer lodged by respondent. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to close filed in docket No. 24296-21S on November 18, 2021, is granted and that case is closed as duplicative of the case at docket No. 16777-21S
