ORDER APPROVING AMENDMENT OF PLEADINGS AND SUBSTITUTION OF PLAINTIFF

Having considered the Ex Parte Motion for entry of an Order approving the Stipulation for Amendment of Pleadings and Substitution of Plaintiff, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 25(c), Lyon Financial Services, Inc., d/b/a U.S. Bank Portfolio Services may file the Amended Complaint which is attached as Exhibit A to the Stipulation for Amendment of Pleadings and Substitution of Plaintiff.

2. Defendants shall file an Amended Answer to the Amended Complaint within twenty days after service of the Amended Complaint on Defendants.

3. This Order shall not affect any other proceedings or discovery pending in the above-captioned case.
