JUDGMENTS, § 131judgment entered without notice to defendants as nullity. Where plaintiff instituted proceedings for revival of judgment, and notwithstanding that none of defendants had been served with summons and without notice to them of any kind, court entered judgment of revival, held that court lacked jurisdiction and its judgment was clearly nullity.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JOHN GUTKNECHT, Judge, presiding.

Judgment order affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the October term, 1945.
