Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Frank T. Deasy, Judge.

Action by the Industrial Indemnity Exchange, an interinsurance exchange, against the State Board of Equalization and others, to recover taxes paid under protest. From a judgment for plaintiff, the defendants appeal.

Affirmed.
