ORDER OF INTERIM SUSPENSION.
On July 17, 2003, the State Bar transmitted for filing Maricopa County Superior Court's certified copy of a felony conviction dated December 17, 2002 involving MARK AARON TORRE, guilty of Negligent Homicide, a class 4 felony, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-605 and Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Injury Accident Not Caused by Defendant, a class 4 felony, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 28-661, 663, 3001, 3304, 3305, 3315, 13-701, 702, 702.01 and 801. Respondent has not filed a motion seeking relief from the automatic interim suspension provision of rule 57(b). Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Rule 57(b), Rules of the Supreme Court, that MARK AARON TORRE is hereby suspended from the practice of law, effective as of the date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the suspension shall continue in effect until final disposition of all pending proceedings against MARK AARON TORRE, unless earlier vacated or modified.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MARK AARON TORRE shall not accept for representation any new cases; nor shall he agree to represent any existing client after the effective date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MARK AARON TORRE is precluded from distributing funds from any trust account to anyone except with the written approval of bar counsel or of this court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 63(a), Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, MARK AARON TORRE shall notify, or cause to be notified, all persons currently represented by him within ten (10) days from the date hereof of his inability to continue to represent them and that they should promptly retain new counsel, and shall promptly inform this Court of his compliance with this Order as provided by Rule 63(d), Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the State Bar shall serve respondent with this order within ten (10) days. Proof of service shall promptly be filed in this Court indicating the method and date of service.
