In the Matter of Koston Hui FENG, admitted as Koston F. Pelly, a suspended attorney.


Motion by the respondent for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on March 2, 1998, under the name Koston F. Pelly. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2009, inter alia, the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against the respondent based on the petition dated April 14, 2009, and the issues raised were referred to the Honorable Herbert I. Altman, as Special Referee to hear and report. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 28, 2010, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for six months, effective October 29, 2010, based on four charges of professional misconduct.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that, effective immediately, the respondent Koston Hui Feng, admitted as Koston F. Pelly, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Koston F. Pelly to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
