ORDER


The State Bar filed a Petition to Revoke License to Practice Law pursuant to Rule 33(b), Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona. Respondent was served with the petition and filed a response. The State Bar has established to the satisfaction of this Court that Respondent procured her admission to practice in Arizona through fraud or misrepresentation. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the Petition to Revoke License to Practice is granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED revoking Respondent Suzanne Baffa's license to practice law in Arizona retroactive to the date of her admission, May 27, 2004.
