Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Cerro Gordo County, James Drew, Judge.

Adoption agency appeals a district court ruling reversing an order terminating the biological father's parental rights. AFFIRMED.

New Horizons Adoption Agency appeals a ruling that a due process violation invalidated a prior termination of parental rights order. After a careful review of the record, we affirm without opinion pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1).

AFFIRMED.
