PER CURIAM.

Appellant's brief was due March 24, 2005, and has not been filed. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.6 By letter dated April 5, 2005, the Court informed appellant that the time to file her brief had expired. The Court's letter instructed appellant to file her brief, with a motion for extension, within ten days and advised her that failure to do so would result in dismissal of this appeal. Appellant has failed to file her brief or any motion for extension. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b), (c).
