ORDER

Before Justices Francis, Brown, and Whitehill

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT the writ of mandamus and DIRECT the trial court to issue written rulings vacating the March 22, 2017 order denying Zurich's plea to the jurisdiction and alternative motion for summary judgment, granting Zurich's plea to the jurisdiction, and dismissing Mack's appeal of the issues of maximum medical improvement and impairment rating. We ORDER the trial court to make the written rulings ordered herein within fifteen (15) days of the date of this order. We further ORDER the trial court to file with this Court, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this order, a certified copy of its order(s) issued in compliance with this order and with the Court's opinion of this date. Should the trial court fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.

We ORDER real party in interest Rhondolyn Mack to bear the costs, if any, of this original proceeding.
