DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Robert P. Guido, Esq., as court appointed inventory attorney for the files of disbarred attorney, Marc A. Zirogiannis, for an order discharging him as inventory attorney; authorizing him to destroy, by incineration or shredding, any remaining files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory which remain unclaimed; and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper. By decision and order on application dated December 23, 2009, the Court appointed Robert P. Guido, Esq., as inventory attorney with respect to the files of Marc A. Zirogiannis, a disbarred attorney.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and no papers having been submitted in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that Robert P. Guido, Esq., is relieved of his appointment as inventory attorney; and it is further

ORDERED that Robert P. Guido, Esq., is authorized to destroy, by incineration or shredding, any remaining files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory which remain unclaimed.
