This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 02-10-40785-CV, styled Lundy Stephen Allen v. Tim Zimmerman and Janice Zimmerman, pending in the 79th Judicial District Court, Jim Wells County, Texas, the Honorable Richard C. Terrell presiding.

Petition for writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relators' petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is denied.

Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
