No. 05-03-00344-CV (Tex. App. Apr. 3, 2003)

Opinion

No. 05-03-00344-CV.

Opinion issued April 3, 2003.

Original proceeding from the 14th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 01-00791-A.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, FITZGERALD, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering disclosure of "documents and information." The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators Ron R. Ziegler and Garland Psychological Center have not shown the trial court clearly abused its discretion in ordering disclosure of the "documents and information." Accordingly, we DENY Ron R. Ziegler and Garland Psychological Center's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). The Court VACATES its stay order issued March 11, 2003.
