ORDER

Before Justices Bridges, Osborne, and Reichek

In accordance with the Court's opinion of this date, the petition for writ of mandamus is CONDITIONALLY GRANTED. The Court ORDERS the trial court (1) to VACATE its June 1, 2020 Order abating and administratively closing Cause No. 429-02708-2018, (2) to reinstate the case on its regular docket, and (3) to comply with the procedures set forth in Chapter 27, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and this Court's opinion of this date regarding hearing and ruling on relator's motion to dismiss.

The Court further ORDERS the trial judge to file with this Court, within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order, a certified copy of its order issued in compliance with this Order. A writ will issue only if the trial court fails to comply with this Order.
