DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to file brief of respondent Schoharie County Department of Social Services.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to May 20, 2021. No further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
