We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated September 28, 2023, we abated the appeal and ordered the trial court to conduct and hearing and make written findings regarding the accuracy of the reporter's record. A supplemental clerk's record with the trial court's findings has been filed. The trial court found the reporter's record to be accurate.
Per our September 28, 2023 order, a reporter's record of the ordered hearing is due November 10, 2023.
Appellant's opening brief is due December 6, 2023.
