DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Miles P. Zatkowsky, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 10, 1982, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Miles Perry Zatkowsky.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Miles P. Zatkowsky to Miles Perry Zatkowsky, effective immediately.
