IN RE SHAHIN ZARAIEHN

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Chief Justice Valdez and Justices Contreras and Longoria
Per Curiam Order

Relator Shahin Zaraiehn filed a petition for writ of mandamus in the above cause seeking to set aside an order granting a new trial. Relator has now filed a motion to stay all proceedings in the trial court pending resolution of this original proceeding and other related matters. The Court, having examined and fully considered the relator's motion for stay, is of the opinion that it should be granted. The motion to stay proceedings is GRANTED and the trial court proceedings are ordered STAYED pending further order of this Court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.10(b) ("Unless vacated or modified, an order granting temporary relief is effective until the case is finally decided.").

IT IS SO ORDERED.

PER CURIAM Delivered and filed this 26th day of April, 2017.
