Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 9, 2020. Motion by the petitioner-respondent, and separate motion by the attorney for the child, to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before December 29, 2021, the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
