IN THE INTEREST OF X.T.M., ET AL CHILDREN
From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022-PA-01582 Honorable David A. Canales, Judge Presiding
ORDER
PER CURIAM.
This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. The reporter's record was originally due October 19, 2023, but was not filed. On October 20, 2023, we ordered the court reporter to file the record by October 30, 2023. As of the date of this order, neither the record nor a notification of late record has been filed.
We ORDER court reporter Luis Duran to file the record by November 16, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c); see also Tex. R. App. P. 28.4(b)(2) (in appeal from order terminating parental rights, extensions of time to file appellate record "must not exceed 30 days cumulatively, absent extraordinary circumstances") If the record is not received by such date, an order will be issued directing Mr. Duran to appear before this court in person and show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record. The clerk of this court shall cause a copy of this order to be served on Mr. Duran by certified mail, return receipt requested, or give other personal notice of this order with proof of delivery. Because "[t]he trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed," Tex.R.App.P. 35.3(c), the clerk of the court is directed to serve a copy of this order on the Honorable David Canales, Judge of the 73rd Judicial District Court.
It is so ORDERED.
