IN THE INTEREST OF X.I.H., a Child

From the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022-PA-01004 Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

On November 28, 2023, because the clerk's record did not contain a final order signed by the trial court, we ordered Appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).

On December 4, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing a signed final order, which made the appellate record complete.

Our November 28, 2023 show cause order is satisfied. We reinstate the appellate timetable. Appellant's brief is due on December 27, 2023.
