IN RE DAN L. WYDE, Relator

Original Proceeding from the 199th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 469-50787-2014

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Lang-Miers, Evans, and Whitehill
Opinion by Justice Lang-Miers

In this petition for writ of mandamus relator requests that the Court order the trial court to vacate its divorce decree signed November 10, 2015, grant a hearing on various claims relator contends remain pending, determine the amount of attorney's fees relator should be awarded, strike any language from a rule 11 agreement among the parties to the suit that would bind him to any payment plan regarding his attorney's fees, and order the trial court to conduct a hearing on his motion for sanctions. Based on the record before the Court, we conclude relator has not demonstrated that he is entitled to relief. We deny the petition.
