STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF REJECTION OF EXECUTORY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 365 (FIBERNET SERVICE AGREEMENT) AND DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT AND TO PAY FOR TRANSPORTING PROPERTY OF THE ESTATE

Worldhub Group, LLC, debtor and debtor in possession (the "Debtor"), and FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. ("FiberNet"), by their attorneys, hereby stipulate that FiberNet shall have until July 23, 2008, to file objections to the Debtor's Motion for Approval of Rejection of Executory Contract Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365 (Fibernet Service Agreement) and Debtor's Motion for Authority to enter into Consignment Agreement and to pay for Transporting Property of the Estate (collectively the "Motions"). Responses are currently due on July 17, 2008.
