The Director Defendants in In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation (the "Securities Litigation") having requested that a conference be held to discuss, inter alia, the status of transferred cases raising individual claims or brought under state law, the briefing schedule in the Securities Litigation and in In re WorldCom, Inc. ERISA Litigation, and the disposition of any remand motions, it is hereby

ORDERED that a conference shall be held on December 11, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. at the United States Court House, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, in Courtroom 11B.
