ORDER

This appeal was filed on November 26, 2003. Pursuant to Rule 8009(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, appellant was required to file a brief by December 11, 2003. Appellant failed to do so.

The Court issued an order on December 18, 2003 directing appellant to file a brief by January 5, 2004. Instead of filing a brief, appellant submitted an "informal brief." The "informal brief" demonstrates no basis for reversing the bankruptcy court's order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as frivolous, and the bankruptcy courts order is affirmed.

SO ORDERED.
