ORDER

DENISE COTE, District Judge.

Lead Plaintiff New York State Common Retirement Fund ("NYSCRF") having requested the Court's intervention regarding its subpoena of WorldCom, Inc. dated November 21, 2002, and Director Defendants having opposed NYCRF's request, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties, including NYSCRF, the Director Defendants, and WorldCom, shall negotiate a confidentiality agreement with respect to the production of the categories of documents identified in WorldCom's letter to plaintiff dated January 30, 2003.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that to the extent the parties are unable to negotiate such an agreement, the parties, including WorldCom, are directed to appear for a conference to be held in conjunction with oral argument on Salomon Smith Barney's motion to sever on February 13, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. at the United States Court House, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, in Courtroom 11B.
