Pursuant to the Consolidation Order entered May 28, 2003 in the WorldCom Securities Litigation, any Individual Action transferred to this Court shall have "twenty-one days following arrival on this Court's docket to file an amended complaint." Plaintiffs in the Individual Action No. 03 Civ. 3591 have moved for an order pursuant to Rule 15(a), Fed.R.Civ.P., granting them leave to file a third amended complaint more than twenty-one days after their action arrived on this Court's docket. Having received no opposition to plaintiffs' motion, it is hereby

ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion for leave to file a third amended complaint in No. 03 Civ. 3591 is granted.
