MCI, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as reorganized debtors, filed the Reorganized Debtors' Motion To Fix Date For Filing, Or Alternatively For Leave to File, Objection to Proof of Claim No. 16115 (AOL Time Warner, Inc.) (the "Motion") on November 3, 2004.
The hearing to consider the Motion, initially set for November 30, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., was adjourned to April 12, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. by Order dated March 18, 2005, (D.E. 15469) and further adjourned to May 10, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. The hearing is hereby further adjourned to June 7, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be held before the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in Room 523 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, New York, New York.
Responses or objections to the Motion, if any, shall be filed on or before June 2, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. New York City Time.
Neither AOL nor any party objecting on AOL's behalf to the Motion may assert any claim of prejudice arising after, or relating in any way to any period following, the November 3, 2004 filing date of MCI's Motion.
