ORDER APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NOS. 35124 35125 FILED BY MONIQUE GROSS (F/K/A MONIQUE KELLY N/K/A/ MONIQUE G. TERRY (22nd OMNIBUS CLAIM OBJECTION)

It appearing that the Debtors have reached an agreement resolving their claim objections with respect to claim numbers 35124 and 35125 (filed by Monique Gross, formerly known as Monique Kelly and now known as Monique G. Terry) as set forth hereafter, it is hereby

ORDERED that based on the written agreement of the parties dated July 19, 2005, claim numbers 35124 and 35125 (filed by Monique Gross, formerly known as Monique Kelly and now known as Monique G. Terry) shall be treated as set forth in such agreement and as follows: Claim No. 35125 shall be disallowed and expunged. Claim No. 35124 shall be reduced and allowed so that Claimant shall have an allowed, general unsecured claim in the Bankruptcy Cases in the amount of $39,900.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan. This payment shall be subject to appropriate payroll deductions for an amount attributable to payment for claimed wages/commissions (to be reported on IRS Form W-2).
