ORDER DENYING MOTION OF PAUL L. BROWNING FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY


The Court, having considered (i) the motion of Paul L. Browning for Relief from the Automatic Stay, dated July 25, 2003 (the "Motion"); (ii) the objection thereto filed by the Debtors; and (iii) the joinder to the objection filed by the statutory committee of unsecured creditors and it appearing that it is more appropriate to resolve Mr. Browning's claim in the claims resolution process of the bankruptcy court than to lift the automatic stay to permit continuation of litigation against the Debtors in federal court in Nevada; and, therefore, for the reasons stated on the record on September 18, 2003, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the Motion is DENIED.
